Can I Drink Before my Boudoir Shoot ?
Alright, ladies and gents, it's time for a little lesson on sobriety during a boudoir photoshoot, brought to you by Erin Braden, the queen of all things boudoir at Boudoir-ny.com. And yes, I'll try to make it hilarious - because why be serious when you can be silly?
Now, picture this: you show up to Erin's studio, feeling nervous but excited for your boudoir shoot. You take a swig of liquid courage from your trusty flask and suddenly you're feeling like a supermodel. But as you start to strike a pose, you realize that liquid courage might have been a little too strong. Your leg starts shaking uncontrollably, you're slurring your words, and Erin's trying to figure out how to pose you without making you fall over.
That's not a good look, folks. Instead, Erin wants you to be sober during your boudoir session. Sure, you can have a little drink to take the edge off, but don't go overboard. You don't want to end up looking like a hot mess express in your photos. Trust me, I've seen it all - from clients who can barely keep their eyes open, to those who start dancing on the furniture. And let me tell you, it's not a pretty sight.
But on a serious note, staying sober means you're in control. You can make informed decisions about your poses and outfits, and you can communicate with Erin clearly and confidently. And that's what boudoir photography is all about - feeling powerful, sexy, and in control. So, leave the flask at home, put on your favorite lingerie, and get ready to slay those boudoir pics. Erin's got your back, and so does your sober self.
